LIVE Music Night and Bake Sale!

Ayubowan folks! Hope you're all looking forward to your Easter break. On Wednesday (21st March) we ran our latest fundraiser event and wanted to share our excitement over its success..

We hosted a LIVE Music Night and had 3 fantastic musicians perform their latest and best work in half hour sets at the Grosvenor Cafe, Ashton Lane. Each and everyone one of them absolutely smashed it! We even had our very own lovely team member Andrew playing us some smooth jazz on the piano and an unbelievable raffle with quality prizes such as diving gear and multiple sets of ski goggles.

Everyone had a brilliant time and thanks to everyone's contribution we raised £180!

Recently we also held our first bake sale outside one of the University Unions selling some delicious home baked goods for the hungry students and passers by all day. It to was a great success!

Every donation helps support the expedition and our marine conservation project significantly.

We're now less than 3 months away from flying to Sri Lanka and we honestly can't wait. We've been working so hard these past few months raising funds and have got another fundraiser in the form of a sponsored Beach Clean on the horizon, so watch this space!
